Role Summary
For the area of Human Relations / Local Human Resources Management at the Villingen-Schwenningen location, we are looking for student support to start in mid-February 2027 (summer semester 2027) as part of a compulsory internship for approximately 6 months.
A combination of voluntary and compulsory internships is possible. The compulsory part is at least 12 weeks.

Responsibilities
Tasks include
- Independent processing of inquiries from managers, employees and the extended HR team
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks in personnel support
- Responsibility for checking days off in accordance with the collective agreement for the entire Villingen location
- Support in the annual performance assessment of our employees
- Participation in interviews with temporary workers and variable and permanent positions
- Support in the planning and implementation of various events, e.g. anniversary celebrations
Requirements
Are you wondering whether you are suitable for the internship in the area of human relations/local human resources management? Here are key qualifications we are looking for:
- Students in the field of business administration, economics, sociology, business psychology or similar courses
- Initial professional experience in the form of internships or training is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Confident handling of common MS Office programs
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills are absolutely necessary for us
- In addition to these professional requirements, we also look for certain characteristics and skills:
- Open personality and enjoy contact with people
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to take on responsibility and an independent, flexible way of working
