Mandatory internship - Human Relations

Role Summary

We are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) as soon as possible to actively support our local human resources team on various topics and projects.

As part of a compulsory internship lasting approximately 6 months (alternatively a combination of a compulsory internship with a voluntary internship), we offer you the attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand theoretically acquired knowledge with different facets of practice.

The following activities are the focus here

• Initiating the advertisement of open student positions; Correspondence with the departments/applicants
• Assistance with all student onboarding formalities
• Support for students at the location (processing and ensuring contract changes, organization of introductory events/factory tours/student get-togethers)
• Support in the areas of employer branding and university marketing
• Preparation of data, statistics and presentations
• Independent handling of various processes in personnel administration in close cooperation with the HR business partners

Requirements

• Are you wondering whether you are suitable for an internship in human relations? Here are key qualifications we are looking for:
• Student (m/f/diverse) in the field of economics with a focus on human resources or in a comparable field of study
• Initial practical experience in human resources as well as intercultural experience desirable
• Confident use of MS Office programs
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• In addition to these professional requirements, we also look for certain characteristics and skills:
• Quick comprehension and enjoy working independently in a team
• Planning and organizational skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
