Role Summary
During your internship, you will actively support us in shaping the digital transformation in the Mobility Electronics business area with a focus on change management, communication and empowerment.
You will be actively involved in the groundbreaking conception and implementation of change, communication and enablement measures for our digitalization and AI initiatives.
You will be involved in advising on modern qualification formats, collecting needs from the various initiatives and helping to derive concrete measures.
You independently create target group-specific communication documents such as presentations and provide us with competent support in stakeholder communication.
You bring your creative side to the lively design of workshops as well as the conception of digital and analogue events.
Structured support in project organization and careful documentation of results round off your diverse range of tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Studies in the field of psychology, business psychology, business administration, international management, media/communication sciences, pedagogy, adult education or comparable
- Experience and know-how: very good knowledge of MS Office; ideally initial experience in project management and an affinity for marketing and social media
- Personality and way of working: you work result-oriented and independently, bring in your creativity and proceed in a structured manner; You will be able to grasp new facts quickly, integrate well into the team and communicate clearly and convincingly
Everyday work: your presence on site is required
- Enthusiasm: you embrace change with joy, have the courage to try new things and have a strong curiosity for the topics of digitalization, user experience and artificial intelligence
- Languages: business fluent German and very good spoken and written English
