Role Summary

• Control of customer credit management including credit limit monitoring and receivables management
• Support of guarantees, guarantees and bank powers of attorney
• Coordination of tax issues in collaboration with corporate tax, external tax advisors and authorities
• Support with tax audits and responsibility for the timely preparation of tax reports
• Implementation of group-wide transfer pricing guidelines and management of intercompany contracts
• Coordination of all insurance matters including claims management in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Identification and implementation of optimization potential in the areas of treasury, tax & insurance
• Collaboration on cross-departmental projects and support of digitalization and automation initiatives
• Creation of analyses, reports and decision templates for management

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable subject with a focus on finance, treasury, accounting or tax
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of treasury, corporate finance, tax or accounting, ideally in an international industrial company
• In-depth knowledge of international cash management, payment transactions, liquidity planning and working capital management
• Good knowledge of tax law, particularly in the area of sales tax and cross-border business transactions
• Experience in insurance management and working with external insurance partners is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with SAP FI and common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Analytical, structured and independent way of working
• High degree of initiative, strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
