Role Summary
What we are looking for: We are looking for an organized, dynamic person who is motivated by challenges. Thus, you will act as project manager for the implementation of our software solutions intended for cities, municipalities, MRCs and intermunicipal authorities in Quebec. You will ensure complete coordination of projects, from initial planning to production, while playing a leadership role with a project implementation team. Your objective: to guarantee a smooth, efficient transition that meets the needs of our customers.

You will be involved in several stimulating and strategic files related to the implementation of our municipal software solutions. Your main responsibilities will be:
Supervise, mobilize and support a project implementation team;
Encourage and supervise the use of artificial intelligence tools within the team, in order to improve operational efficiency, the quality of deliverables and decision-making;
- Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets and performance indicators;
- Ensure continuous and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders;
- Identify risks, propose solutions and ensure proactive resolution of issues;
- Ensure the implementation of good practices, methods and tools used by the team;
- Act as a strategic point of contact with our clients and understand the operational needs of clients;
Ensure a smooth transition to new software solutions.

Professional skills: If you have a university degree in project management, business administration or a related field or equivalent experience as a manager and you recognize yourself in the following skills:
- More than 3 years of experience in project management and/or PMI certification;
- A formidable communicator, capable of explaining clearly, mobilizing and getting things done;
- Rapid analysis + effective synthesis to transform complexity into concrete actions;
- Unfailing flexibility, capable of juggling several priorities without losing focus;
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and resourcefulness — you take the lead, not the detours;
- Strong organization and natural initiative to keep projects on track;
- Discipline and respect for deadlines, even when things move quickly;
- Solutions orientation: you see the issues, but above all the ways to resolve them;
- Have a good command of French (both written and spoken);
- Strong interest and openness to integrating artificial intelligence tools into daily work;
- Bonus points if you have: PMP certification, knowledge of accounting, geomatics or the municipal sector.
