We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) passionate about police operations and public safety to contribute to the evolution of our software solutions.

You will act as a functional reference between users, development teams, analysts and product managers to ensure that our applications meet the real needs of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional expert in police and public safety processes.
• Advise development teams when designing new features.
• Participate in the analysis of customer needs and the definition of functional requirements.
• Validate the proposed solutions so that they comply with best operational practices.
• Participate in product demonstrations to customers.
• Collaborate with the implementation, training and support teams.
• Monitor developments in police practices, standards and technologies.
• Participate in functional testing and validation of new versions.

Profile sought

We are looking for someone who understands the operational realities of public safety organizations and who wants to use their expertise to create software with a concrete impact.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the police field, public security or intervention management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and operational stakeholders.
• Team spirit and ability to popularize complex concepts.
• Good command of French and English, oral and written.
