Role Summary

You will support and advise our managers and the division's human resources departments on human resources issues and research labor law issues.

You will also be involved in the development, negotiation and implementation of individual and collective regulations and employment conditions.

You will also accompany restructuring measures from a labor and works constitution perspective and actively participate in negotiations with employee representatives.

Last but not least, you will regularly discuss the division's labor law processes with experienced lawyers from aspects relevant to training.

Requirements

  • Training: first legal examination with a focus on labor law
  • Experience and know-how: ideally initial experience in the area of human resources, confident in using MS Office
  • Personality and way of working: flexible and communicative team player who works carefully and in a structured manner
  • Enthusiasm: working as part of a team on HR issues in a company that is in a transformation environment (IoT).
  • Languages: very good spoken and written German, English is an advantage
