Role Summary
Do you work in infrastructure scheduling and know that it takes more than a Gantt chart to make projects successful? Do you come from a lean consulting background and would like to take on more responsibility?

As part of the Lean Solutions network, you also have the opportunity to make an active contribution to lean delivery in our projects and thus actively develop scheduling.
- Support for infrastructure projects (road, bridge and tunnel construction) in planning and execution
- Implementation and moderation of lean management workshops with clients, planners and executing companies
- Creation, maintenance and updating of schedules at project, phase and detail level
- Controlling project processes using lean methods (including Last Planner System)
- Implementation of milestone, phase and process planning
- Identification of deadline risks and development of countermeasures
- Moderation of project meetings and support of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Reporting project progress and supporting project management
Requirements
- Lean management certification or proof of equivalent completed training and further education in lean management
- Completed technical training (HTL, FH, TU) in the field of civil engineering, infrastructure, construction management or comparable (e.g. industrial engineering)
- 3-5 years of proven professional experience in infrastructure projects (please include an overview of reference projects with your application)
- Experience in scheduling and/or construction site coordination required
- Experience with public clients and in handling large projects is an advantage
- Knowledge of Primavera, TILOS, MS Project or comparable scheduling tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Fluent written and spoken German skills, knowledge of English is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Austria and the DACH area
We offer you an attractive, market-compliant salary package based on your qualifications and experience from €62,000 gross per year. Lt. According to legal requirements, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is € 3,378.48 (full-time).
