(Junior) Project Manager / Lateral Entrant (m/f/d)

Role Summary

As a project manager, you independently coordinate building contractors and energy suppliers in the planning, implementation and handling of construction and maintenance measures on advertising systems and street furniture

You look after our management service providers and coordinate and monitor maintenance work and the elimination of defects in close coordination and ensure smooth operations

• You ensure compliance with technical specifications, deadlines and quality standards
• You carry out regular inspection visits in your area and document and manage tasks as well as around our advertising systems
• You check the billing of commissioned services

You will obtain the necessary official documents for the implementation of construction work and also support the public affairs department in ongoing communication with our contractual partners

Requirements

• You have successfully completed technical or commercial training with initial professional experience or a university degree in the technical field with meaningful internships
• Ideally, you have technical understanding or previous practical experience in the area of construction and maintenance processes
• Even if you don't have any direct knowledge of the industry or many years of professional experience, we look forward to receiving your application as a career changer
• You organize yourself, have a strong service orientation and communication skills are one of your strengths
• You have a driving license (class B)

For our location in Leipzig we are looking for you as a (junior) project manager / career changer (m/f/d) full-time. The position is initially limited to two years, with the option to be taken over.
