Responsibilities

• What will be your job?
• Customer support after a purchase on our AUTO1.COM website - communication via phone and e-mail, help with transport, payment and complaints.
• You will cooperate with the sales department and help them with effective communication with customers
• You will work effectively with the internal system developed by our company
• Share ideas that will contribute to the improvement of the company
• You will be a support for colleagues from the Czech department

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of the English language at least B1 level - communication in AJ on a daily basis with colleagues from all over Europe
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a team and good organizational skills
• Conscientiousness and very good communication skills
• Interest in working in the automotive industry is an advantage
