He has proven experience in leading and developing a team because he knows that great results cannot be achieved without a strong team

He inspires and communicates clearly, creating a positive atmosphere in the workplace.

Takes responsibility for the quality of customer service and overall results of the store.

He gets things done and keeps his cool when determining priorities even in challenging situations.

He strives for continuous improvement and can quickly pick himself up if something doesn't go as expected.

He is willing to be available one to two weekends a month.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL BE ABOUT

• You build your team through management tools that help you lead and develop your team, including professional recruitment.
• Together with your representative, you will lead the store team to great results and at the same time exceed the expectations of our customers every day.
• You plan your attendance and decide on the activities needed to achieve your goals. Together with your representative, you clearly communicate priorities to your team.
• You are responsible for the store concept and oversee the day-to-day operations, while engaging and empowering your team.
• You are not deterred by physical work and you set an example for your colleagues in carrying out the daily activities of the store.
• You proactively look for opportunities to improve and are not afraid to speak up.

Start: Immediately or by agreement
