Junior engineer / technician (f/m/d) object monitoring HLSK

Role Summary

Would you like to gain initial professional experience in the areas of heating, ventilation, plumbing and air conditioning and support construction projects directly on the construction site? In this position, you will support property monitoring in demanding construction projects in the area of supply technology and gain valuable insights into the management of deadlines, quality and technical processes.

We implement projects in a wide variety of areas - this position focuses on exciting projects in the industrial and real estate environment. During the application process, we will find out together which team and which orientation suits you best.

• Participation in construction supervision for one or more construction sites in LPH 8 with a focus on the mechanical trades in KG400
• Taking on tasks in property monitoring (including costs, deadlines, quality)
• Participation in construction meetings
• Support with contractually compliant processing and billing
• Participate in construction documentation using digital tools

Requirements

Completed studies in supply technology, building technology or comparable engineering studies or further training to become a TGA master/technician in the field of HLSK or a comparable qualification

• Initial professional experience in construction management in the form of internships or working student positions is desirable
• Willingness to take on responsibility and travel to on-site construction sites in the region
• Enjoy dealing with different people, teams and tasks
