Role Summary

• Oversee the entire process from purchase to replacement; you are responsible for entering the contract documents and then sending them to the right place
• Answer questions from our customers about the release of financed or leased vehicles
• Act as a communicative interface between our private customers, banks and leasing companies
• A varied job in customer service in which you will be in contact with customers by telephone and in writing
• With your positive nature and communication skills, you create high quality customer service

Requirements

Ideally, you have completed commercial training - initial experience in dealing with financing is an advantage, but you are also welcome as a communicative career changer

• You are characterized by enjoyment of customer service, communication skills, independent work and a team-oriented and positive attitude
• Complex topics don't cause you any difficulties and you don't shy away from new tasks
• You keep a cool head in new and stressful situations and use your high quality awareness to ensure our customer satisfaction
• A confident use of Google tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)

You are a real communication professional and have excellent knowledge of German (mother tongue level - level C1/C2) (experience in the Austrian market is preferred). and good knowledge of English
