Responsibilities

You’ll be an important part of our customer service team and one of the first points of contact for our customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

• Answering incoming customer calls and emails
• Providing friendly and professional assistance with product enquiries
• Taking and processing customer orders
• Helping customers with pricing, product availability and order information
• Following up on orders and delivery enquiries
• Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Working closely with our sales, warehouse and administration teams
• Maintaining accurate customer and order records
• Providing general administrative support when required

Ideally, you'll have

• Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• A professional and positive approach to customers
• The ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
• A reliable, proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Experience within the
• dental, medical, healthcare or healthcare supplies industry

would be highly regarded, but isn't essential. We're happy to provide product training to the right person.
