Role Summary

We are an interdisciplinary consulting area: Our expertise ranges from project-related advice in claims and risk management to the development of future-oriented concepts in the areas of resilience, physical security and innovation.

To strengthen our team and expand the consulting field of resilience and risk advisory, we are looking for committed consultants (f/m/d) who combine technical understanding, contractual competence and strategic thinking.

  • Identifying and evaluating customer needs and advising on project risks in all project phases
  • Identifying commercial and technical optimization potential
  • Participate in the development of strategies to stabilize critical project situations as well as negotiation strategies
  • Participation in the development of restructuring approaches
  • Advice on security concepts for projects and objects with special security requirements
  • Quality monitoring of your own consulting approaches and concepts

Requirements

  • Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, safety management or comparable
  • Initial professional experience in project management or control, planning, construction supervision or consulting
  • Ideally experience in dealing with requirements for safety-related systems as well as knowledge of current regulations
  • Knowledge of construction and contract law or strong interest in contract-related issues
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Technical understanding in the context of safety systems
  • Communication and negotiation confidence as well as a confident demeanor towards project participants
