We are looking for an IT system administrator (m/f/d) for the Regen/Deggendorf area as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and workstations
• Planning, setting up and supporting IT infrastructures for our customers
• Administration and support of networks, servers and cloud environments
• Monitoring of IT systems and early detection and elimination of disruptions
• Analysis and solution of technical problems as part of IT support
• Supporting our customers with technical questions and concerns
• Implementation and further development of IT security measures
• Assist in compliance with privacy and security policies
• Documentation of existing systems, processes and solutions
• Standardization and continuous optimization of IT processes
• Advising our customers on the further development of their IT infrastructure
• Independent planning and implementation of IT projects

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in IT system integration desirable
• Good knowledge of the administration of IT systems, networks and servers
• Experience with cloud environments and modern IT infrastructures
• Understanding of IT security, data protection and backup concepts
• A structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Enjoy direct contact with customers and have a friendly, engaging demeanor
• You can explain technical issues in an understandable way and keep a cool head even when problems arise
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and the willingness to continuously develop yourself
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
