Do you like working with Microsoft 365, solve technical issues in a structured manner and would you like to actively shape internal IT instead of just processing tickets? Then you will find a job with us in which you keep systems stable, support colleagues in their everyday lives and make our IT easier, more secure and better step by step.

You will be involved in the topics that are crucial for modern internal IT: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, support, infrastructure, security and internal projects. You ensure that technology not only works, but is understandable, reliable and easy to use for your colleagues.

Support that arrives

In first and second level support, you support our users, analyze technical concerns and find solutions that really help in everyday life.

Reliable systems

You manage user accounts, authorizations, workstations, servers and clients, document changes in a comprehensible manner and continuously develop existing standards.

Modern Microsoft environment

Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune are part of your everyday work. You not only operate the systems, but also advance them in a meaningful way together with the team.

Security and stability

You ensure secure and stable operations with endpoint security, patch management, regular backup controls and clean documentation.

Good start, clean finish

During onboarding, you ensure that new colleagues are well received technically. When offboarding, you keep an eye on security, access and processes.

Projects with scope for design

You actively support new systems, rollouts and internal improvements and contribute your ideas when processes can be made simpler, safer or more efficient.

Varied IT topics

Support, infrastructure, security, Microsoft 365 and internal projects ensure that your work remains varied.

Design instead of pure administration

Ideas are welcome if they improve processes, simplify standards or make our IT solutions even more usable in everyday life.

We take time to familiarize you and give you space to get to know our systems, processes and contact persons.

Requirements

What suits us well

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification forms a good basis.
• Ideally, you already have practical experience in IT support or system administration.
• You are familiar with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune or would like to delve deeper into these topics.
• Networks, clients, servers and IT security are topics where you recognize connections and proceed in a structured manner.
• A calm, solution-oriented way of working helps you keep track of things even when several issues arise at the same time.
• It is also important to us that you can explain technical topics in an understandable way and that you enjoy working with people.
