Role Summary

Would you like to actively shape our corporate culture and develop and implement new ideas? Then we have just the thing for you.

During your internship, you will support our team in driving cultural change worldwide. You will apply sound change management principles and make a direct contribution to the implementation of our strategic initiatives.

In addition, you will independently develop new concepts and practically implementable templates (e.g. workshops, communication initiatives, quick checks) in order to make our corporate values tangible locally.

You will also promote exchange, knowledge management and networking within our community. To do this, you use a variety of channels such as teams, newsletters and network calls.

Last but not least, you will gain exciting insights into different specialist areas and work internationally with different countries.

Requirements

  • Education: Studies in the field of psychology, business administration (ideally with a focus on HR, organizational development or marketing), communication sciences, social sciences or comparable
  • Experience and know-how: confident use of MS Office; ideally initial experience in project work, change management or in the conception and implementation of communication initiatives; Experience in the area of digitalization and AI is an advantage
  • Personality and way of working: you are a creative, communicative person who shows initiative; you enjoy working in a team, but can also work independently and organize yourself
  • Everyday work: mobile working is possible in some cases
  • Languages: very good spoken and written German and English
