Internship - Human Relations (HR) / International Human Resources Management

Role Summary

Are you looking for an exciting internship where you can gain valuable insights into the world of human resources management? Then we have just the thing for you!

For the Human Relations area with a focus on international human resources management, we are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) for a period of approximately 6 months from February 2027 to support the team at the Regensburg location.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include

• Participation and support in everyday human resources processes and applications (e.g. hiring, salary changes, organizational changes) as well as support in personnel administration using various systems
• Support as a contact person and act as an interface in communication between managers, employees and their HR business partners (e.g. appointment coordination, consultations, documentation)
• Participation in the personnel development process (e.g. talent management conferences, leadership development programs)
• Independent research and independent development of presentations, statistics and documentation for specific HR topics
• Support and participation in current strategic HR projects
• Participation in comprehensive HR information events
• Processing and maintaining the AUMOVIO internal communication platform
• Bringing in impulses and ideas on the topic of data management

Requirements

Are you wondering whether you are suitable for an internship in human resources management? Here are key qualifications we are looking for:

You are studying in the field of economics with a focus on human resources, psychology or a comparable field of study so that you have fundamental aspects of our area of responsibility

• You should be familiar with MS Office and have a good knowledge of common programs
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are absolutely necessary for us
• In addition to these professional requirements, we also look for certain characteristics and skills:
• You are a person with a high level of commitment, a lot of initiative and a quick comprehension and can be enthusiastic about many topics
• Creativity comes naturally to you and helps you find unconventional solutions
• You are independent, goal-oriented and structured and know how to work effectively without losing track of things

Very well-developed communication skills and the ability to work in a team are particularly important to us - after all, we always have to work together on solutions
