Role Summary

• You are the contact person for the processing of orders in our product areas
• You will carefully implement our orders in accordance with current sales documents in the booking system and ensure timely and smooth contract processing
• You accompany the invoice creation and complaint processing
• You work closely with colleagues from the field service as well as our internal and external interfaces/service companies
• You enjoy the conceptual analysis of existing processes and their optimization including documentation

Requirements

• You have completed commercial vocational training and have initial professional experience in internal sales or a similar position
• You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation as well as high communication skills
• You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications
• You think and act entrepreneurially, work extremely independently and are committed
• You are characterized by a reliable, precise and structured way of working

For our company Ströer Deutsche Städte Medien GmbH, we are looking for an internal sales/order processing employee (m/f/d) at the Munich location as soon as possible. The position is initially temporary as part of a parental leave replacement, with the option of being taken over.
