Role Summary

Would you like to actively shape modern human resources work, contribute your own ideas and experience how talent development and corporate culture move a company? Then become part of our Talent & Culture team.

During your internship, you will support us in boldly further developing and effectively implementing talent development initiatives, cultural measures and HR projects. You will gain a wide range of insights into talent development, internal communication and change management, work closely with various HR functions and get involved where ideas, structure and curiosity are required.

The place of work is Wiesbaden or Ludwigshafen. You report to the Talent & Culture Manager Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the conception, planning, organization and follow-up of talent development formats such as training, workshops and onboarding - from the initial idea to implementation
  • Participation in employee surveys and cultural initiatives, including preparation, analysis and deriving initial impulses from the results
  • Support for diversity & inclusion, well-being and culture formats that strengthen collaboration, belonging and exchange
  • Creation and maintenance of presentations, training materials and internal communication content that convey complex topics in an understandable and appealing manner
  • Support with HR projects, e.g. B. in the area of change management
  • Collaborate with various HR teams and external partners and assist in documenting processes and best practices

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in the field of human resources management, business psychology, business administration or a comparable subject (at least 4th semester)
  • First practical experience in the HR environment, e.g. B. through internships or student work or initial insights into communication, project work or people issues are helpful
  • A structured and reliable way of working as well as the willingness to clarify priorities, ask questions and create orientation together
  • Enjoy working with different people and perspectives as well as the ability to develop pragmatic solutions together
  • Proactive personality who contributes his own ideas, takes responsibility and remains able to act even in new or not yet fully defined situations
  • Analytical thinking skills, curiosity and joy in deriving understandable insights from information
  • Good communication skills - you can confidently contribute in German and English
  • Confident use of digital tools
