Role Summary

Join us as an Industrialization Quality Engineer and play a key role in achieving flawless product launch. You will work at the intersection of quality engineering and project management and guide the team through robust industrialization processes ensuring compliance with our product lifecycle management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of quality foundation in the industrialization process to ensure timely and defect-free launch
  • Provide professional guidance on methods and tools to promote process robustness improvement and risk mitigation
  • Work with cross-functional teams including product engineering, product creation and expert deployment to APQP standards
  • Ensure compliance with product lifecycle management industrial processes to achieve consistent quality execution
