Industrial installation operator

Role Summary

As part of the development of the activity and with a view to significant investments, the recruitment firm of Manpower la roche sur yon, in partnership with the Manpower des Herbiers agency, is looking for 2 “Mill” installation drivers M/F on permanent contracts.

Reporting to the production manager, you supervise and manage the entire automated process of transforming wheat into flour, from receiving the wheat to loading the trucks with flour, in compliance with the established schedule and health and safety standards.

• To do this, you will carry out the following missions:
• Take a sample upon receipt of the wheat analyzed by the laboratory and unload the truck to store the wheat in the silos
• Prepare recipes (from an excel file) for making flour

Launch and monitor the smooth running of manufacturing using centralized supervision of the 3 main stages of the process: wheat cleaning / wheat grinding / flour mixing with dosage of additives (according to recipe).

• Ensure loading of trucks (bulk)
• Establish manufacturing monitoring
• Ensure visual inspection (twice during the work period) of all installations

Carry out or arrange for cleaning of production facilities.

Requirements

• For this position, you ideally have IAA line management or maintenance training and have a minimum of 2 years' experience (alternation accepted) in the operation of industrial installations or in the operation of several simultaneous lines. You are comfortable with computers.
• You like to work with great independence and complete autonomy. You are rigorous, organized and enjoy taking initiatives within a small team.
• 2X8 shift (4 a.m.-12 p.m. / 11:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.) Monday to Friday. On-call duty 1 week/4 from 7:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. including weekends (with recovery the following Monday / company vehicle provided).
• Attractive remuneration consisting of a fixed base of 38 hours over 13 months with payment of overtime + night hours + on-call bonus + on-call hours + vacation bonus + target bonus.
