Responsibilities

Your exciting tasks

• As head of operations, you will independently manage the agricultural business in coordination with the management. This also includes the operational management of the employees assigned to you.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day business runs smoothly and thereby leading the company to a successful operating result.
• In addition, you are the trustworthy contact for our customers and maintain your customer relationships with creativity and commitment.
• Through your convincing manner, you will win new customers for our company and thus further expand our market position.
• As Head of Operations, you will also support your team with daily tasks, such as selling our extensive product range and receiving and issuing goods.

Requirements

What you bring with you

• You are enthusiastic about topics related to agriculture. Ideally, you have commercial and/or agricultural training/studies.
• If you already have experience running a business, that's perfect. In any case, they are proficient in MS Office applications and have an understanding of economic relationships.
• As head of operations, you like to get involved and keep an overview in every situation. You will impress with your confident demeanor and your strong customer orientation.
• They bring enthusiasm for selling our agricultural product range.
• You enjoy working independently and on your own responsibility and are a trusted contact for your team. You value the motivation of each individual.
