Head of Human Resources - La Libertad

Role Summary

We are looking for a Head of Human Resources responsible for planning, executing and supervising the comprehensive management of the HR area, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation and the organization's internal processes.

Responsibilities

Among its main functions are

• Manage personnel recruitment and incorporation processes.
• Supervise the processing and calculation of payrolls.
• Manage mandatory training and internal development programs.
• Lead actions related to labor legislation, labor relations and continuous improvement of the area.
• Promote adequate management of human talent aligned with the company's objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified and collegiate professional in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations or Administration.
• Minimum experience of 02 years in similar positions or 05 years in Human Resources management.
• Knowledge of current national labor legislation and its amendments.
• Knowledge of the Outsourcing Law and management of labor relations.
• Knowledge of jurisprudence and labor procedures.
• Knowledge of the Integrated Management System (GIS).
• Knowledge of IPERC, IAAS and incident and accident investigation.
• Knowledge of waste management and Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental standards.
• Knowledge of first aid.
• Use of Microsoft Office at an intermediate or advanced level.
• Leadership, organization, effective communication and teamwork skills.
