Role Summary

Purpose of the position

Provide support to the Administration and Human Resources area in the management of administrative activities, information organization, internal coordination and process monitoring, contributing to the proper functioning of the office and the timely fulfillment of the area's activities.

Main functions

Office administration and support

Provide support in the administrative and operational activities of the office.

Support in the management, organization and updating of administrative documentation.

Coordinate internal requirements related to suppliers, general services, supplies and other office needs.

Follow up on orders, requests, documentation and administrative processes.

Maintain updated records, databases and control files.

Prepare reports, monitoring tables and support presentations for the area.

Support in the coordination of meetings, internal activities and corporate events.

Provide support in other administrative activities that contribute to the proper functioning of the office.

Human Resources

Support in updating and maintaining personnel information and documentation.

Provide support in processes of incorporation, induction and dismissal of collaborators.

Support in the control and monitoring of vacations, attendance, permits and other information related to personnel administration.

Collaborate in the organization and filing of contracts, annexes, employment documents and files.

Support in well-being activities, internal communication and events aimed at collaborators.

Prepare and update databases, indicators and reports for the Human Resources area.

Provide administrative support in selection processes and coordination with candidates when required.

Support other initiatives and projects in the Human Resources area.

Requirements

Academic training

  • Student of the last cycles or recent graduate of Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
  • Availability to carry out internships, in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Knowledge

  • Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level, including formula management, filters, dynamic tables and database organization.
  • Management of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
  • Advanced English, with the ability to communicate orally and in writing in a professional environment.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and/or Human Resources processes is desirable.
  • It is not essential to have previous work experience.
  • Previous experience through internships, volunteering, university activities or projects related to Administration or Human Resources will be valued.
