At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.
This is a hands-on performance marketing role — not a strategy-only position .
- You’ll be actively working inside Google Ads accounts every day to:
- Optimize Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Reduce Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Troubleshoot conversion tracking
- Test new campaign strategies
- Scale campaigns that are performing
- Deliver clear, data-backed performance insights

- Lead Generation & Performance Optimization
- Manage paid campaigns specifically focused on generating qualified leads
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance

You
- Are inside Google Ads accounts regularly, not just reviewing reports

- Can troubleshoot tracking without immediately handing the problem to someone else
- Make decisions based on performance data

- Optimizing Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Launching new ads or campaign tests
- Conducting keyword and competitor research
- Troubleshooting a conversion-tracking discrepancy
- Checking Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Reviewing lead quality and campaign efficiency
- Preparing client or internal performance reports
- Identifying opportunities to scale successful campaigns
