Full Stack Developer Sr.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team in building SAI (Stefanini Artificial Intelligence), an AI platform that supports the operations of Stefanini's Marketing vertical. You will work end-to-end on our applications — from front-end to back-end — and contribute directly to the product's AI functionalities, writing high-quality code and helping to evolve the platform's architecture.

Our main stack is TypeScript, with (NestJS and Express) on the back-end and React (React Native Web) on the front-end, supported by PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis, with GraphQL via Hasura bridging the gap between the front-end and the data. On the AI front, we work with Python and vector databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch).

Develop and maintain end-to-end applications with TypeScript, (NestJS and Express) and React.

Model and implement the platform's distributed architecture — microservices, messaging, caching, PubSub, APIs and jobs/cronjobs.

Develop AI functionalities in Python, contributing to the core of SAI.

Write clean, tested and scalable code, covering applications with automated tests.

Actively participate in code reviews, increasing the quality and consistency of the team's code.

Collaborate on technical refinements, evaluating feasibility and proposing solutions to demands.

Support the evolution of the architecture together with the Tech Lead and the rest of the team.

Share knowledge and support the technical growth of less experienced people.

Solid experience with TypeScript, (NestJS and Express).

Experience with Python (mandatory requirement, with priority immediately after TypeScript).

Experience with developing AI solutions (strongly desirable).

Experience with React aimed at the web (React Native Web).

Experience with distributed architectures and their components — microservices, messaging, caching and PubSub (e.g.: Redis), APIs and jobs/cronjobs.

Experience with relational and non-relational databases (preference for PostgreSQL and MongoDB).

Familiarity with GraphQL, ideally via Hasura.

Understanding how infrastructure works in AWS.

Mastery of good development practices, such as Clean Code and Design Patterns.

Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Good verbal and written communication, and ability to work autonomously and in a team.
