At TINET we continue to grow and are looking for a Freelance IT Profile Recruiter to support the identification, attraction and selection of technology professionals. We are looking for someone autonomous, organized and results-oriented, with experience in IT recruitment processes and the ability to connect specialized talent with challenging opportunities.

What will be your challenge?

Manage recruitment and selection processes from start to finish for different profiles in the technology area.

Understand the technical requirements and skills associated with each search.

Carry out active search, hunting and screening of IT professionals.

Evaluate experience, technical knowledge, skills and cultural adjustment of applicants.

Present candidates who meet the technical and professional requirements defined for each position.

Comply with response times and coverage objectives defined for each search.

Requirements

Requirements and experience

• Verifiable experience of at least 2 years in recruitment and selection of IT, technology or professional services profiles.
• Knowledge of technological profiles such as backend and frontend developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, support, infrastructure and related roles.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements of positions.
• High autonomy, organization, proactivity and orientation to meeting objectives.
• Availability to work as a freelancer and manage multiple processes in parallel.
