Role Summary

  • Operationally manages the entire life cycle of fleet and pool vehicles, from the moment they become ready for use until their expiration and return; It ensures that processes are carried out effectively through fleet management software.
  • Carry out the notary, license, insurance and other initial procedures required for the inclusion of new vehicles in the fleet, together with the relevant stakeholders; Ensures coordination with relevant internal stakeholders and suppliers during the entry and exit processes of vehicles into the fleet.
  • Provides and monitors fuel cards, UTTS, HGS/OGS and similar operational needs for vehicles; Ensures that the legal obligations of the vehicles are fulfilled on time.
  • Manages the delivery processes of vehicles to users; Provides operational support by informing vehicle users about fleet processes and company applications.
  • Plans, coordinates and monitors the maintenance, periodic control, malfunction, repair, tire replacement, roadside assistance and service processes of the vehicles throughout their use.
  • Contributes to the sustainability of service quality by monitoring the performance of maintenance, service, tire, roadside assistance and other service providers.
  • Manages accident, damage and insurance processes; It ensures the creation of necessary records, tracking of damage files and completion of repair processes. Coordinates replacement vehicle processes when necessary.
  • Manages the return processes of expired vehicles; Performs vehicle checks and ensures that necessary procedures are completed.
  • Ensures the accuracy and up-to-dateness of vehicle registration, insurance, user, maintenance, mileage, damage and cost information.
  • Prepares reports on vehicle usage rates, maintenance and damage costs and operational performance; identifies areas for improvement by monitoring vehicle availability and service level indicators.
  • Tracks operational use of telematics devices, GPS systems and other digital fleet solutions; Ensures coordination with relevant system and service providers.
  • Contributes to process development efforts by sharing the improvement needs and user feedback identified in fleet management processes with relevant stakeholders.

qualifications

•Preferably have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.

  • Having experience in fleet management focused on vehicle operations and user support.
  • Having knowledge of fleet management software and vehicle tracking systems.
  • Having strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Having strong communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and work effectively in a busy work schedule.
  • To have knowledge about occupational health, safety and relevant legal compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
