Context

At BULL, we design and deploy high-performance computing systems, artificial intelligence and critical technologies serving strategic infrastructures. As an independent European leader, BULL positions itself at the forefront of innovation and industrial excellence.

As part of replacing a retirement within R&D, the position is maintained and attached to the ECN Business Unit. It is part of a transversal and shared scope between our ECN activities and our R&D teams.

As an Executive Assistant, you are at the heart of executive leadership. A true trusted partner, you provide high-level organizational and operational support aimed at guaranteeing strategic alignment, the fluidity of operations and the effectiveness of decision-making.

Why apply?

This position provides direct exposure to strategic decision-making within a European technology leader. You will play an executive right-hand role with a strong impact on the operational performance of the ECN and R&D entities, within a stimulating environment.

Why not apply?

If you are looking for a traditional assistant position without exposure to strategic issues and without direct proximity to a general management level (EVP).

If you prefer a strictly local work environment and are not used to bilingual international contexts.

If you do not yet have the autonomy necessary to independently manage complex cross-functional issues and arbitrate changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Your missions revolve around the management of executive priorities, monitoring of governance and operational performance

Agenda management and executive organization

  • Orchestrate, optimize and arbitrate the agenda as well as the executive rhythm of management in a complex and very reactive environment.
  • Plan and coordinate governance bodies, management meetings and executive events.
  • Organize complex trips (national and international).

Preparation of deliverables and monitoring of decisions

  • Prepare and consolidate strategic materials (files, framework notes, management level presentations, summaries).
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of key decisions, action plans and transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor management performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.

Communication, synthesis and strategic interface

  • Write communications and reports with a high level of requirements and synthesis.
  • Ensure the privileged and fluid interface between management, ECN business lines, R&D and high-level external stakeholders.
  • Process correspondence, filter requests and guarantee the strict confidentiality of entrusted files.

Skills and Qualifications

Training & Experience: You have at least 8 years of experience in executive support functions (Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner) or business management with executives. Proven experience within international, matrix and fast-paced organizations.

Requirements

  • Solid corporate culture and detailed understanding of the strategic issues and priorities of a general management.
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft 365 suite and executive collaboration tools.
  • High-level writing, communication and synthesis skills.
  • Perfect bilingualism in French and English (daily use orally and in writing with international interlocutors).

Optional

  • Prior experience in an R&D, highly technological or industrial environment.
  • Successful experience in a shared/transversal support position between several entities or Business Units.

Soft Skills

  • Trusted partner posture, high sense of responsibility and executive presence.
  • Strong capacity for anticipation, prioritization and autonomy in managing ambiguity.
  • Rigor, diplomacy, interpersonal skills and absolute discretion.

Additional Information

  • Framing interview with the TABP (Talent Acquisition Business Partner)
  • Interview with operational managers
  • HR validation
  • Startup: As soon as possible (ASAP)
  • Location: La Défense (priority) / Les Clayes
  • Pace: occasional teleworking
  • Remuneration: €52/57.5k
