Role Summary

• You independently acquire new customers in the regional B2B environment – by telephone and digitally
• With sensitivity, you discover the need in the initial consultation and use this to design individual advertising solutions
• As a sparring partner, you sell cross-media advertising campaigns (out-of-home & online) and support your customers long-term
• You process quotation requests, complaints and contract changes independently and via our central interfaces and the CRM system (Salesforce)

Requirements

• Ideally, you have completed commercial vocational training and can impress with professional experience in sales
• You enjoy actively addressing customers on the phone and impress with enthusiasm, negotiation skills and service orientation
• You have user knowledge of the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint
• Organizational skills, strong communication skills and a good sense of customer needs
