Role Summary

• You are the central contact person for our colleagues in the field and coordinate the collaboration with accounting, product management and creation
• You check and process orders and ensure a smooth booking and processing process
• As an interface between complaint management and field service, you coordinate complaint cases and support their processing
• You support the planning, organization and follow-up of sales and marketing measures
• You maintain, document and check customer and order data in our CRM system

Requirements

• You have completed commercial vocational training and have initial professional experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as a confident use of common MS Office applications
• You work routinely with digital systems and have experience with CRM applications
• You communicate confidently with different contact persons and coordinate processes reliably
• You impress with your structured way of working and keep track of multiple tasks at the same time
