Role Summary

• Preparation of commercial proposals in accordance with the procedures established by each area.
• Responsible for telemarketing of SGS services.
• Keep track of customer databases.
• Offer file maintenance.
• Manage the commercial area (time, supervision of agendas, administration of commercial reports, preparation of meetings, etc.).
• Provide follow-up support to clients such as receiving and welcoming the new client, scheduling follow-up business appointments, sending specific information, client documentation, etc.
• Ensure budget compliance with the sales team.
• Organize prospect databases
• Attention to inbound and outbound calls.
• And the other assigned tasks inherent to their position

Requirements

• Education: Technologist, Student in the last semesters of Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related to the sector.
• Experience: 1 year in positions related to marketing, sales, administration or activities related to the sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Office Management; with knowledge of data analysis. And training in regulations applicable to the sector.
• Note 1: Regarding technical knowledge, if you do not comply with all of it, the company will ensure compliance and monitoring through inclusion in the training/training program.
• Languages: basic English, but not essential
