BID STRUCTURER

Role Summary

Prepare and carry out offers (tenders and/or quotes) that are assigned, acting as the sole executor and responsible, all within the parameters and policies of SGS.

Structure technical and economic offers, prepare and consolidate documents for the presentation of offers.

To structure offers and when required, request quotes from suppliers (services, transportation, communications, machinery, equipment, specialists, etc.) in compliance with the procedures established in the company.

Inform about the evaluation process of the assigned offer, prepare its defense, and/or the observations and/or counter-observations to the other bidders, that is, be pending and reporting assertively until the award.

Maintain good relations with consortia or potential consortia in the execution of possible contracting processes.

Make direct contact with the client to request clarifications and/or confirmations of the requested information, of information related to the processes in your charge.

Support in the identification of business opportunities, in the particular line and execute the actions indicated by the Commercial Management to make the opportunities viable.

Carry out and/or support in the review of assigned proposals before presentation to the Client

Enter each of the viable tenders into the company's CRM and keep the information updated until the award process.

Preparation of monitoring reports on the activities carried out by the KAM.

Keep the experience table of each sector and/or companies updated.

The other tasks that are assigned and that are requested to collaborate with the presentation of offers with the KAM.

The proposal manager must maintain direct communication with the Bidding Directorate, KAM and sector personnel, to report both on the development of the execution and the evaluation of the different bidding processes under his/her responsibility, as well as on the assigned quotes.

Requirements

• Academic training: Professional in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4 years of experience in the area of tenders as a professional and/or tender structurer or as a budget professional in companies in the consulting and/or construction sector in the infrastructure, energy and hydrocarbon sectors.
• Technical knowledge: Use of Office, Excel and management of bidding platforms.
• Languages: Intermediate English.
