Role Summary

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the entire recruiting process - with a lot of creative freedom and real influence. At the same time, you will actively shape how we work together and develop as a recruiting organization.

As part of an international team, you will work closely with various European markets and business areas. For you this means: strategic insights, varied topics and the opportunity to create real impact.

Requirements

About your tasks

• You manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process for different corporate functions across multiple European locations.
• You proactively build strong talent pipelines through sourcing and creative, innovative approaches.
• You are a trustworthy sparring partner for hiring managers, provide advice on an equal level, conduct interview training and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• You work based on data, question existing approaches and continuously develop our recruiting strategies, processes and culture.
• You drive the use of AI in recruiting, test new tools, optimize workflows and contribute concrete ideas to take our team to the next level.

About you

• Several years of experience in in-house recruiting with a strong focus on corporate/office functions in international environments
• You work confidently with senior stakeholders, influence hiring decisions and act with a high level of personal responsibility
• Practical experience with modern ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g. Workday) as well as a strong interest in the use of AI and new technologies in recruiting
• You have successfully filled challenging roles and consistently deliver high-quality hires even in challenging markets
• Fluent English and German skills
