Technicien Support Informatique anglais - LA VERPILLERE

Role Summary

As part of the IT team at their site based in La Verpillère, you work jointly with the systems administrator on the IT equipment, which is made up of around 200 workstations, 50 servers (including Hyper-V) and 70 printers.

• It is in this context that you are led to:
• Support L1-N2 hardware and software support (in a Microsoft environment), remotely or directly from site users, PCs and servers #FullMicrosoft
• Participate in global IT deployment projects, for example a migration to Windows 10, or the installation of Office 2013
• Ensure relay from the system administrator if necessary and yes #TeamWork
• And other cross-functional missions to discover… without forgetting the English-speaking users of the #ILoveEnglish site

From a technical point of view

• Microsoft Windows 7 to 10 environments, servers 2008 to 2012, Hyper-V
• Office 365 and Office 2010
• Notions in ToiP and Cisco knowledge appreciated
