Role Summary

Under the responsibility of the Agency Director, you have very versatile missions. You ensure the prevention and management of unpaid rent as part of amicable recovery actions. You enforce the rules of community life and intervene in the event of neighborhood disturbances. You carry out inventory of tenants’ entry and exit. You carry out advice and courtesy visits. You monitor and control the services provided by external companies. You also have a role of coordinating and supporting local agents. Finally, you ensure technical monitoring and small maintenance work.

Regular trips to the coastal area of the department are to be expected.

Status Supervisor.

Conditions: fixed salary + restaurant vouchers + JRTT + profit-sharing agreement

Remuneration range: 19 to 23 K€ gross annually depending on the candidate's profile

Requirements

• More than initial training or professional experience, your temperament makes the difference. We are looking for a profile capable of:
• Dialogue directly with tenants: interpersonal skills, active listening, self-control, and negotiation skills required,
• Have rigor in processing files,
• Have a technical analysis of buildings.
• Experience in the social sector is an additional advantage.
