Kraus & Partner is a management consultancy with 38 years of experience in organizational design, transformation and restructuring. What drives us is impact – and impact comes from the right people. As a senior recruiter at K&P, you are responsible for ensuring that we find them.

your tasks

You are responsible for recruiting at K&P - from the strategic approach to the conclusion of the contract. The focus is on recruiting senior consultants and consultants: people who want to work on complex projects at top management level and know what that means.

Recruiting

You are responsible for the entire recruiting process from the initial contact to the signing of the contract

You develop and implement target group-specific recruiting strategies: direct approach, active sourcing, channel-specific campaigns

You assess candidates on a diagnostic basis - personality, way of working and fit are the focus, not just the CV

You build long-term candidate relationships, even if the timing isn't right yet

You ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the entire process

You plan personnel requirements strategically in close coordination with management

You build a recruiting dashboard with relevant key figures and derive measures independently

You continuously develop the recruiting process

Employer branding

You work closely with marketing and actively shape the external image of K&P as an employer

You ensure that the external appearance reflects the reality of K&P and thus suitable candidates are addressed

your profile

You know the consulting environment from your own experience, either because you have worked as a consultant yourself or because as a recruiter you have filled specific consulting profiles for years. You can assess personalities and suitability in a sound manner, not just classify CVs.

What you bring

You have at least 4 years of recruiting experience, a relevant part of which is with consulting profiles or comparable positions

You have a sound background in personnel diagnostics and can methodically assess personality, attitude and suitability

You can conceptually develop recruiting strategies and implement them independently

You work in a structured, analytical and self-organized manner

You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
