Praktikum - Produktmanagement / Portfolio Management - Medizintechnik (m/w/d)

Role Summary

Would you like to gain practical experience in product management during your studies and work on innovative solutions for medical technology and drug delivery? In your mandatory internship, you will support our portfolio and product management in the development of new product ideas and the strategic further development of our product portfolio around primary packaging and injection systems.

You deal with markets, customers and competitors, identify new potential and work closely with various departments such as product management, marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• You support the planning and further development of new products in the area of primary packaging and injection systems.
• You carry out market, competition and customer analyzes and derive possible product ideas and market potential from them.
• You identify new market segments, trends and areas of application in the areas of drug delivery and medical technology.
• You support the evaluation of new product ideas and their feasibility.
• You prepare analyzes and information in a structured manner and participate in the creation of strategic recommendations for action and decision templates for management and management.
• You will gain insights into the marketing and positioning of new products and work together with marketing and sales.
• You take on defined subtasks independently and actively contribute your ideas to current projects.

Requirements

• You are studying medical technology, biomedical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study.
• You would like to complete a compulsory internship lasting at least 18 weeks as soon as possible.
• You are interested in product management, medical technology, market analysis and the development of new products.
• You enjoy dealing with new markets, technologies and possible fields of application.
• You work analytically, structuredly and can familiarize yourself well with new and complex topics.
• You have very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• You can communicate very well and confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly and at the same time have an independent and reliable way of working.
• Our location is in the Wackersdorf Innovation Park. With a driving license and your own driving option, you are particularly flexible when it comes to your journey.
