What you're going to do

You are the strategic point of contact for our clients and guide them in crucial decisions.

You lead multidisciplinary teams with architects, engineers, cost advisors and stakeholders from municipalities to investors.

You take projects to a higher level: from initiative to realization, always with an eye for quality, costs and returns.

You actively contribute to the development of our junior and medior colleagues.

You play a key role in tender processes and translate customer wishes into clear quotations and convincing project proposals.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or WO education in construction, architecture, civil engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects and real estate developments.
• Strong advice and communication skills: you know how to get clients and teams on board.
• Conceptual insight and a relevant network within the real estate or construction sector.
• Experience in preparing and assessing foundation cost overviews.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; German or other languages are an advantage.
• International experience or ambition to work on international projects is welcome.
