Role Summary
Understanding complex inventories, developing strategies, securing future viability!
We advise owners, operators and organizations on complex issues relating to existing real estate and technical systems. Our approach combines in-depth technical understanding with an economic and organizational perspective. We analyze structures, assess risks, develop strategies and create a reliable basis for decision-making - with a view to sustainability, digitalization, efficiency and long-term feasibility.

- Project responsibility for consulting mandates in the area of technical inventory and organizational consulting
- Analyzing complex technical and/or organizational structures
- Developing strategic action programs for individual properties and portfolios
- Evaluate economic impact of technical decisions
- Accompanying ESG and transformation projects
- Structure operational organizations efficiently and to optimize liability
Active participation in the further development of our consulting approaches as well as interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from different disciplines
Preparation of management decisions - well-founded and appropriate to the target group
Requirements
- Technical or economic-technical study background (e.g. TGA, civil engineering, industrial engineering, energy technology, real estate management, etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in technical real estate consulting, TGA planning, technical asset management, operational organization or comparable areas
- Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner and present them in an understandable manner
- Confident appearance towards customers and decision-makers
- Interested in combining technical and economic perspectives
- Enjoyment of strategic thinking and conceptual work
