Role Summary

Do you want to keep an eye on the big picture of construction, infrastructure and real estate projects and would you like to contribute and develop your know-how in an innovative and dynamic team? As a consultant (f/m/d) you identify risks, manage contract deviations and develop strategies for critical project situations. They support negotiations, resolve conflicts and draft contracts – nationally and internationally. Become part of our interdisciplinary consulting team! We look forward to seeing you!

  • Identification, assessment and advice on project risks in all project phases
  • Evaluation and control of any contract deviations in project execution
  • Support in the area of contract drafting and negotiation strategies
  • Participation in the development of strategies to stabilize critical project situations
  • Support in resolving conflicts

Participation in the analysis and negotiation of supplementary claims from all key areas as well as in German and international contract forms (AHO, HOAI, VOB, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)

Requirements

  • Completed (master's) degree in civil or industrial engineering, architecture, real estate economics or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in the form of internships or working student positions in consulting, contract management or project management is desirable, ideally with a connection to the construction or real estate industry
  • Experience in calculating, creating or checking supplements is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills as well as a structured, analytical and independent way of working
