Role Summary

As a Technical Real Estate Advisor at Drees & Sommer Netherlands, you are active on a daily basis with real estate inspections where you assess real estate in terms of construction and installation technology and advise clients on maintenance, risks and strategy.

You carry out, among other things, TDD investigations in the purchase and sale, financing and development of real estate.

You inspect and assess real estate in terms of construction and installation technology.

You initiate innovations and options for optimizing maintenance and investments, advise our clients and, if desired, coordinate these activities.

In addition, you maintain contact with the representative of the client(s) and present maintenance advice and strategies. You are also involved in risk assessments in existing real estate and development projects for purchase, sale, financing and realization.

You work closely with your client to actually tackle these risks, both in negotiations and in the execution of technical work, such as improving returns and making the translation between the technology and the investor.

Your advice contributes to optimizing real estate portfolios and achieving sustainable and financially responsible results.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the construction and/or real estate sector. You know how the hares run and are ready for the next step;
• You have an HBO/Bachelor/WO diploma in Architecture, Real Estate & Brokerage, or a similar field;
• You have a thorough knowledge of construction and installation aspects of real estate. Solve complex problems? You don't turn your back on that;
• You are an expert in risk assessments and provide strategic advice for the purchase, sale, financing and realization of real estate;
• You recognize technical challenges and come up with smart, practical solutions;
• You feel at home in an environment where innovation, digitalization and sustainability are central;
• You like an organization where the lines are short and everyone is approachable;

You have excellent communication skills in Dutch. Whether it concerns a report or a presentation, you convey the message clearly.
