Role Summary

Are you an expert in the field of TGA (electrical engineering or heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning) and would like to develop yourself further? • Organization and implementation of system surveys in various types of building use
• Preparation of structural and building technology condition assessments
• Carrying out performance reviews in the field of technology and technology organizations
• Analysis, evaluation and optimization of technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical engineering, building automation)
• Development of modernization and maintenance strategies taking into account energetic and sustainable aspects
• Participation in the development of standards and methods
• Competent advice to customers

Requirements

Completed studies in building technology, supply technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification - alternatively or additionally, completed technician or master training

• Relevant experience in the field of TGA and practical relevance is desirable
• Ideally, affinity for digital working methods and tools
• Independent, goal-oriented way of working and a can-do mentality with a desire to take on responsibility
• Strong willingness to perform as well as communication and argumentation skills
