We are looking for sales personnel to acquire new business in the SDV area (ADAS products, IVI products, etc.). Identify potential targets and acquire business through market analysis and customer communication

  • Formulation and implementation of acquisition strategy in line with company strategy
  • Target identification and evaluation through market research and analysis
  • As an acquisition manager, lead the global team and make proposals and presentations to Bosch executives in Germany and Japan.
  • Building relationships with customers

  • Sales activities for products equipped with advanced technology (utilizing technologies such as AI) that are expected to expand the market
  • Experience in acquiring extremely large business ranging from tens of billions of yen to hundreds of billions of yen as the person in charge of global sourcing for each product.
  • Grow as a truly global salesperson through work with global members not only in Japan but also in Europe, centered on Germany, North America, South America, Asia, ASEAN/Oceania

  • Lead the global acquisition team including sales, design, and factory to acquire new business for advanced technology products.
  • Building relationships with customers

qualification
