Role Summary

Project management and control of building construction projects in all project stages and areas of activity of the AHO, from preparing feasibility studies at the start of the project to controlling commissioning

Achieving quick, pragmatic and unconventional solutions within projects, e.g. in the form of technically economical planning specifications or system planning in (large) projects and special buildings

• Leading and organizing collaboration between project teams
• Active control of deadlines, costs and quality
• Coordinating project participants from the areas of planning, construction supervision, purchasing, legal and communication in all HOAI phases
• Identification of planning and interface gaps as well as detection of optimization potential
• Advising customers on organizational, strategic and technical issues during project management

Holistic evaluation of electrical engineering or HLSK specialist planning in all HOAI phases, identification of planning and interface gaps and detection of optimization potential

Leading planning meetings, quality monitoring with solution-oriented ideas

Use as personal representative of the client

Requirements

Training as a technician/master in the field of technical building equipment (TGA), building technology, building automation, supply technology, electrical engineering, HLSK or comparable qualification or successfully completed studies in technical building equipment (TGA), supply technology, electrical engineering, building technology, energy technology or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the areas of planning, consulting or construction

• Ability to work on an equal level with all project participants
• Initial experience in project management and execution
• Good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English
• Willingness to travel regionally in the Rhine-Main area
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills, a good feel for people and issues as well as social skills
• Great interest in optimization and digitalization, quality assurance, environment and ecology
• Strong communication skills and willingness to implement, ability to work in a team and desire for the next career step
