Engineer/technician (f/m/d) building automation

Role Summary

The management and implementation of complex and innovative construction projects (new buildings and existing ones), combined with sustainable economic and ecological added value, are our core competencies. A wide range of services for technically demanding projects, from feasibility studies to large projects, for both private and public clients, forms a significant part of our portfolio. We are looking for your project expertise in technical building equipment with a focus on KG400 building automation. Become part of our growing team.

• Independent construction supervision for one or more construction sites in the LPH 8 with a focus on building automation (MSR/BMS technology) in the KG400
• Taking on internal sub-project management tasks (including costs, quality, deadlines)
• Management of construction meetings
• Execution of construction documentation using digital tools
• Accompanying commissioning, functional tests and acceptance tests

Requirements

Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy, building and supply technology, plant engineering or electronics technician for automation technology or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience in construction management, property monitoring or commissioning
• Sound knowledge of building automation/MSR technology
• Comprehensive understanding of building technology systems
• Safe handling of the VOB and the rules of technology
• Willingness to assume responsibility and travel to on-site construction sites in the metropolitan region
• Confident communication skills at different levels
• Enjoy working with different people, teams and tasks
