Technical project management in the automotive sector

Development of sustainable, innovative concepts and solutions for new buildings and renovations, e.g. in the form of economic planning specifications or system planning and concepts

• Holistic evaluation of TGA specialist planning in all HOAI phases
• Identifying planning and interface gaps as well as tracking down optimization potential
• Leading planning meetings

Quality monitoring with solution-oriented ideas as well as demonstrating added value for all project participants such as users, investors, operators and planners

Responsibility for your projects and topics

Requirements

• State-certified technician or successfully completed studies in technical building equipment (TGA) or comparable qualification
• Profound professional experience in the areas of planning, consulting or construction, preferably also experience in operations
• Quick comprehension combined with analytical and networked thinking
• Solution orientation and high consulting skills
• Negotiation skills and a good feel for people and issues
• Strong ability to think and collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner
