Requirements

We are looking for an experienced expert to strengthen our teams and contribute to innovative and critical projects.

Your experience covers the entire development cycle, from design to validation, architecture and testing. Here is what makes you a sought-after profile:

1️⃣ Functional architecture

• Design of tailor-made architectures: Definition of architectures adapted to customer technical and business constraints, guaranteeing robustness and performance.
• Requirements management: Definition and traceability of requirements, to ensure perfect consistency between needs and the solutions proposed.
• System documentation: Writing clear and complete specifications, essential for the validation and certification of systems.
• Development monitoring: Management of development phases and coordination of associated tests to guarantee compliance with requirements.

2️⃣ Software design and development

• Technical analysis: In-depth study of technical requirements to design optimal solutions.
• Modularity and consistency: Definition of robust and reusable software bricks, integrated into complex architectures.
• Software development: Implementation of efficient solutions, respecting industry standards and best practices.
• Technical documentation: Writing complete documentation to facilitate software maintenance and development.
• Tests and validation: Implementation of rigorous tests to guarantee the quality and reliability of developments.

3️⃣ Software testing and validation

• Test strategy: Analysis and definition of test strategies adapted to the challenges of the projects.
• Test automation: Development of automation tools to optimize test efficiency and coverage.
• Unit and functional tests: Carrying out exhaustive tests to validate each component and functionality.
• Technical investigation: Diagnosis and reporting of anomalies, with precise analyzes for rapid resolution.
• Verification and validation: Ensure compliance and final validation of systems before they are put into service.

Your differentiating assets

To excel in this role, the following skills will be a real plus:

• 🔹 Mastery of C/C++ languages: Essential for the development of critical embedded software. 🔹 Knowledge of digital electronics: Experience with drivers, communication buses (CAN, I2C, SPI, etc.) and hardware interfaces.
• 🔹 Experience in standardized industrial environments: Familiarity with demanding standards such as DO-178 (aeronautics), IEC 61508/SIL4 (functional safety), or IEC 61850 (energy).

The ideal profile

• Proven experience: 5 years minimum in similar roles, ideally in demanding industrial sectors (aeronautics, railway, defense, energy, etc.).
• Training of excellence: Bac+5 graduate in embedded systems, critical software or IoT, with a solid technical base.
• Rigor and passion: A keen eye for detail, an ability to work in a team and a desire to take on complex technical challenges.
